You can request a refund based on the conditions described below. However, we hope to avoid the need for refunds by encouraging you to reach out to our specialists, who can provide you with the necessary support.
You have the right to request and receive a refund for the Premium access fee within three days of payment. A refund cannot be issued once the refund period has expired.
You are eligible for a refund only if you have not used the purchased license. This means you must have made the payment but were unable to use the license to obtain printable files. If you have used the license to obtain files, you cannot request a refund.
Refund Procedure
