This page explains the terms under which you may use our online and mobile services, website, and software provided in connection with the service (collectively referred to as "Printo.love"). By accessing or using Printo.love, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use ("Terms of Use"), whether or not you are a registered user of Printo.love. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, participants, and others who access Printo.love ("Users").
1. Using Printo.love
You may use Printo.love only if you can form a binding contract with us and only in compliance with these Terms of Use and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations. You must be 13 years or older to use or access the Service, and if you are under 13, your use of the Service must be directly supervised by your parent, guardian, or another authorized adult (e.g., a teacher), who agrees to be bound by these Terms. Any use or access by anyone under 13 who is not directly supervised by an adult is strictly prohibited and in violation of these Terms of Use.
2. Status of the Terms of Use, Conditions, and Order of Acceptance
This User Agreement is a legally binding agreement between the User and us, the subject of which is our provision of services for the use of Printo.love's functionality.
In addition to this User Agreement, rules for using Printo.love may be contained in special documents regulating the provision of individual Printo.love services. The User is required to thoroughly familiarize themselves with these Terms before using Printo.love.
We may unilaterally amend these Terms of Use without specific notice to Users, provided that the new version of the Terms is publicly accessible for Users to review current Terms of Use. Continued use of Printo.love by the User after any amendments to these Terms signifies acceptance and unconditional consent to such changes.
3. Registration and Authorization of the User on Printo.love
Registering on Printo.love is a voluntary act. The User is responsible for the accuracy, relevance, completeness, and compliance with Russian Federation legislation of the information provided during registration. The User may not share their login and password with third parties and is fully responsible for their safekeeping.
Any actions performed using the User's login and password are considered to have been performed by the respective User unless proven otherwise. In case of compromise of the login and/or password or unauthorized access to the User's personal page, login, and/or password, the User must immediately notify us.
4. User Rights and Obligations
The User has the right to:
- Use Printo.love for personal non-commercial and commercial purposes (unless separately discussed) to the extent available to them.
- Use Printo.love functionality in good faith.
The User is required to:
- Comply with the provisions of these Terms of Use and other special documents publicly posted on this website.
- Not use any information or objects (including links to them) that may violate the rights of others.
- Periodically review the contents of these Terms of Use on the Internet and monitor any changes made to them.
5. Restrictions on Using Printo.love
While using the functionality of Printo.love, the User is prohibited from:
- Uploading, posting, storing, reproducing, processing, distributing, publishing on Printo.love, making publicly available, or otherwise using any objects of intellectual property rights in whole or in part without prior written permission from the rights holders;
- Engaging in propaganda inciting social, racial, national, or religious hatred and enmity, propagandizing war, social, racial, national, religious, or linguistic superiority;
- Taking any actions aimed at destabilizing the operation of Printo.love, attempting unauthorized access to managing Printo.love;
- Posting materials on Printo.love that contain threats or whose publication causes or may cause harm to the honor, dignity, and business reputation of an individual or the business reputation of an organization;
- Acquiring unauthorized access to other Users' accounts by selecting or entering the password, as well as attempting to gain such access; uploading, storing, publishing, distributing, or otherwise using viruses and other malware;
- Uploading, posting, storing, reproducing, processing, distributing, publishing on Printo.love, making publicly available, or otherwise using any information that:
- Is obscene, contains pornographic images and/or texts or scenes of a sexual nature involving minors;
- Contains offensive or obscene language;
- Contains scenes of inhumane treatment of animals;
- Contains descriptions of means and methods of suicide, any incitement to commit it;
- Contains extremist materials, propagandizes fascism;
- Promotes criminal activities or contains advice on committing criminal acts;
- Describes the attractiveness of drug use, information about the distribution of drugs, recipes for their manufacture, and advice on their use;
- Contains information of restricted access, including state, commercial, and family secrets;
- Is fraudulent in nature;
- Violates other rights and interests of citizens and legal entities;
6. Personal Data
The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out in accordance with current legislation.
We process the User’s personal data for the purposes of executing the concluded agreement - these Terms of Use, for providing services to the User, and for the development of Printo.love.
We take all necessary measures to protect the User’s personal data. We have the right to disclose the User’s personal data only in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation (including for the purpose of preventing and/or stopping illegal actions by the User). We have the right to send the User information about the development of Printo.love, as well as advertise our own activities and services.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for possible failures and interruptions in the operation of Printo.love and the loss of User information caused by them. Printo.love is provided “as is”. We make no warranties that the functionality of Printo.love will be suitable or unsuitable for specific purposes of use.
We are not responsible for any damage to the User’s personal computer, mobile devices, other equipment, or software related to the use of Printo.love. We are not responsible for unauthorized password selection by third parties for User account access and any actions performed by them using the User’s account. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the use of Printo.love and materials posted within it. We are not responsible for any possible harm to the health of the User that may be caused by the use of Printo.love.
The User is solely responsible for illegal actions carried out using their account, as well as for the placement of content using their account in Printo.love. The User is solely responsible for any content or other information they post on Printo.love or otherwise make publicly available with its help.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
The User has no right to post content on Printo.love that he/she does not hold exclusive rights to without prior written consent from the rights holder. The content uploaded and posted by the User on Printo.love is not pre-moderated or checked by us.
No provisions of these Terms of Use grant the User the right to use the company name, trademarks, domain names, or other distinctive signs, the rights to which belong to us. 9. Final Provisions
These Terms of Use are compiled in Russian and may be provided to the User for review in an additional language at our discretion. In the case of discrepancies between the provisions of the Russian version of the Terms of Use and the version of the Terms in another language, the provisions of the Russian version will apply.
The invalidity of one or more provisions of these Terms of Use, recognized by the effective court decision, does not entail the invalidity of these Terms of Use as a whole.
In case of violation of any provision of these Terms, Printo.love has the right to suspend access to Printo.love and block the User’s account, revoking any issued licenses for the editor and materials.
All disputes under these Terms of Use shall be resolved through negotiations using mandatory pre-trial (claim) procedures. If it is impossible to reach an agreement between the parties through negotiations within 90 (ninety) calendar days (considering mail delivery time), the dispute shall be referred to the court located where the Administration is based.
