Photo Report Settings

To change the settings of the Photo Report, you need to open the Settings section.

Enabling the Photo Report

You can enable or disable the Photo Report in the settings, or on the welcome page of the Photo Report. To enable the Photo Report, you need to upload at least 25 photos to the Gallery. This is necessary because the welcome page of the Photo Report is designed using the photos.

The Photo Report is available through the links of interactive invitations, but only after the wedding. This means that if you enable the Photo Report before the wedding, the interactive invitations will still be shown through the links.

Access to the Gallery

You can allow all visitors to view the Photo Report or restrict access:

  • By password. To open the Gallery, visitors will need to enter the specified password. The password should be shared separately.
  • Grant access to specific guests. Only the guests listed below will have access to the gallery. Other guests will not be able to open the gallery. For this setting to work, guests must access the Photo Report through their personal links from the interactive invitations.
  • Deny access to specific guests. The gallery will be available to all guests except those listed below. For this setting to work, guests must access the Photo Report through their personal links from the interactive invitations.

Views and Downloads

Show view count to guests. If enabled, guests will see how many times each photo has been viewed. If this setting is disabled, the view count will only be available in the account.

Allow likes. If enabled, guests will be able to like the photos they enjoy. Each like will be displayed in the wedding events feed.

Allow original downloads. If enabled, guests can download the original photos – a corresponding button will appear in the panel. If disabled, guests can only download an optimized image for web viewing. To do this, they need to right-click on the photo (or press and hold on mobile devices) and save it to their device.

Show download count to guests. If enabled, guests will see how many times the original photo has been downloaded. If disabled, the download count will only be available in the account.
