The settings button is located in the toolbar under the Digital Invitations section and includes the following parameters.
Design
You can change the design of the digital invitation by clicking the "Select" button in the "Design" section of the settings. This will open a catalog of all designs to choose a new one. Previous slides and file templates will be deleted, and the files themselves will be recreated based on the guest list according to the new design. The guest list, invitation links, survey results, gift list, and invitation settings will remain unchanged.
Replacement Parameters
Greeting text for all guests. This is the text inserted into the {guests} variable in the public invitation and on the wedding website. In named invitations, this variable is replaced with the names of the guests. This setting only changes the greeting in the public invitation. In named invitations, the greeting to guests is set when the guests are added. To change it, you need to select a guest in the "Guests" section and edit the greeting in the corresponding field.
Add line break after greeting. A line break will be inserted between the greeting (e.g., "Dear") and the guest names.
Share Link
When sending the link through messengers, the application shows a preview, text, and link description. These parameters allow you to specify the text that will be displayed in the title and description. The {guests} variable is supported for a personalized greeting to guests.
Confirmation Dialog
If you send guests a link to the public invitation (or wedding website), they can accept the invitation by clicking the "Accept Invitation" button and entering their names. However, if this is not necessary, you can disable this feature. Then, guests will only be able to view the wedding details in the public invitation, and to accept the invitation, they will need to use a personal link.
Show events. If enabled, guests can choose which events (e.g., bachelorette party or banquet) they will attend if they are invited. If disabled, the invitation will be accepted for all events to which the guest is invited. If only one event (banquet) is planned for the wedding, there will be no event selection in the acceptance dialog.
Text if guests accepted or declined the invitation. Displayed if a guest accepts or declines the invitation. You can indicate in this text that the bride and groom have been notified. The text can be customized to your preference.
Show add to calendar buttons. If enabled, guests can add the event to their calendar after confirming their attendance. The date, start and end times, and event location are determined based on the events to which the guests are invited. Therefore, it's important to correctly specify the date, start and end times, and location in the Events section.
Show reminder button in Telegram. If enabled, guests can set reminders for the wedding in Telegram after confirming their attendance. Guests can choose how far in advance they wish to receive reminders. The date and time are determined based on the events to which the guests are invited. Therefore, correctly specifying the date, start and end times, and location in the Events section is essential.
Element color. This is the color of all buttons and various active elements in the interactive invitation. It is recommended that this color contrasts with white.
