Wedding Design

For invitations and the banquet, a unified design is used. You can select it by opening the "Wedding" page and then clicking "Change Design" in the "Design" tile. The design can also be changed from the "Digital Invitations" section by opening the settings window.

This will open the design selection page with all designs available in the app.

Tool Panel

The tool panel contains several toggles.

All | Premium Toggle determines which designs are displayed. In the Premium position, only designs available with Premium access are shown.

Watercolor Toggle turns on or off designs painted by an artist in watercolor and digitized specifically for use in the service.

Display Toggle has three settings:

Single. In this setting, each design displays the invitation and all additional files - information, program, dress code, etc. The name and description are shown for each design.

Two. In this mode, the designs are shown without names and descriptions, allowing more designs to fit on one screen.

Grid. In this mode, only the invitations are displayed on the design selection page.

Design Options

After selecting a design, the app will often offer a choice of different design variations. The variations differ in text, formatting, and fonts.

Changing the Design

You can change the overall wedding design at any time. When doing so, all changes made to the digital invitation and all printing templates and files will be erased. A completely new design will be loaded for the wedding. However, the guest list and seating arrangement for the banquet will remain the same.

When changing the design, all changes to the digital invitation and files will be erased.

Uploading Your Own Design

You can upload your own design created in Canva, Freepik, or another graphic editor. Only JPG or PNG images are supported, so make sure your files are fully prepared in a graphic program before uploading. Files cannot be edited in the service.

Files needed for invitations, banquet cards, table numbers, etc., can already contain text (except for guest greetings) or be text-free. In the latter case, text can be added in the editor.

The file sizes for the digital invitation are 1080 x 1920 pixels. For printed invitations, information sheets, programs, table numbers, seating plans - 10 x 15 cm. Banquet card - 10 x 10 cm. Seating chart - A4. Menu - 13 x 18 cm. All with a resolution of 300 DPI.

Premium access is required to upload your own design to a wedding.
